Dr. Wayne Horak graduated from the University of Iowa and continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA graduating in 2014. In his time as a chiropractor, he has found that working with the spine as well as the muscles to get rid of adhesions & scar tissue has helped his patients achieve quicker & more prolonged results.
He incorporates an Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization into his treatments to achieve better and more prolonged results.

Dr. Reed was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. He received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Iowa in 1995 and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he was nominated for the prestigious Clinical Excellence Award, in 1998.

He has practiced in Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa. He has been at Reset Ankeny since 2016. Dr. Reed's approach to Chiropractic care can best be described as 'One person at a time, do whatever it takes to help them'.
Dr. Reed has 4 adult children and one grandchild. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, pickleball and bike riding of all types, particularly gravel road racing.

Lexi Astor, D.C.

Dr. Lexi is a native of Iowa, graduating from Fort Dodge Senior High in 2014. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Sports Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa in 2018.
SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
After UNI, Dr. Lexi enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where she recently graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in June of 2022.
While at UNI, Dr. Lexi was a member of the Division I Panther volleyball team. She has carried this passion forward in her current life, coaching and playing whenever the opportunity arises. In addition to volleyball, Dr. Lexi stays active through enjoying the outdoors on the golf course, riding bikes along the local trails, and spending time on the lake. She loves adventure and traveling to new places, enjoying live music and new activities unique to the destination.
Dr. Lexi has always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle and is eager to aid others along their journey to wellness. While at Palmer, Dr. Lexi spent a large amount of her clinic experience as an intern with the sports rehabilitation department on campus in addition to general chiropractic experience. Although she is passionate about athletes, she also enjoys working with pregnant mothers and children. In the near future, she is planning to pursue specialty education training in pediatric chiropractic.
